There was a recent killing of a vampire, and from what I've gathered this vampire has brutally tortured and hunted down humans for quite a while! Even if she's dead now, I think that she must be dealt with or monitored when she comes back so she doesn't disturb the peace as she has been doing!

I haven't done much research yet, but and I've found that her name is Rip Van Winkle and she's been here for an extended period of time. This is the last contact she made to the network [He sends a link to this post] and you can clearly see she is a danger to this city! I don't know where she lives but I can find that out, Hart-san!
