I haven't done much research yet, but and I've found that her name is Rip Van Winkle and she's been here for an extended period of time. This is the last contact she made to the network [He sends a link to this post] and you can clearly see she is a danger to this city! I don't know where she lives but I can find that out, Hart-san!

It's alright, Hart-san. I don't think she knows about me. [And even if she did, well, it wouldn't be the first time he'd put his safety in the line of fire for such a cause.]

I spoke with her and warned her against such acts- and that any future violence will be met with my own hand. She seemed to think it was not her fault, but she was provoked.
